Sleeping Hot

Heat retention seems to be an inevitable issue for most memory foam mattresses, and Tempur-Pedic is no exception. It's the nature of memory foam to "envelop" the body, which makes it possible to produce more heat during sleep than other materials.

If you suffer from sleeping hot a lot, it's better to stay away from non-breeze models that will generate body heat to an uncomfortable extent according to some non-Breeze Tempur-Pedic owners.  The breeze models have fewer heat-trap-related complaints than non-Breeze models.

There are four Breeze models: Cloud Luxe Breeze, Cloud Supreme Breeze, Contour Elite Breeze, and Flex Supreme Breeze. (Breeze models are $1000 higher than the non-Breeze counterparts).

Break-In Period

Tempur-Pedic mattresses tend to have a significantly longer than average break-in period. Some owners suggest that walking on the mattress for a while can speed up the break-in process.

Maintenance

Each of the Tempur-Pedic mattresses uses one-sided design, so no flip or rotate will be needed. The TEMPUR material will recover its original shape.

Warranty

Tempur-Pedic offers a 10-year non-prorated warranty that covers limited replacement or repair for all mattresses purchased from Tempur-Pedic.

• The warranty covers deterioration, physical flaws, and manufacturing defects in the zipper assembly.
• It does not cover the normal increase in softening or hardening, damage, or discount sales.

Shipping and Delivery

Tempur-Pedic offers free delivery for every mattress, but shipments to Alaska and Hawaii incur additional charges. Once you place your order, the company will call you to schedule the delivery. Delivery is usually 1 to 2 weeks from the day you placed your order.

Return Policy

Tempur-Pedic offers a 90-night trial period for users to adjust to the mattress. During the period, if users find the mattress uncomfortable,  the company will take the mattress back and reimburse your purchase price, less the initial shipping costs.

We Don't Recommend Tempur-Pedic Mattress If You :

• Have a tight budget -  Tempur-Pedic Mattress tend to charge higher compared to other brands offering products with similar materials and performance. We are not saying that Tempur-Pedic Mattress is overpriced, but it's not attractive in both price and quality.
